۱. دولت یا سازمان زیاندیده که به مسئولیت سازمان دیگر استناد میکند باید ادعای خود را به آن سازمان اطلاع دهد.
۲. دولت یا سازمان زیاندیده میتواند رفتار لازم برای توقف عمل متخلفانه و شکل جبران خسارت را مشخص کند.
۱. An injured State or international organization which invokes the responsibility of another international organization shall give notice of its claim to that organization.
۲. The injured State or international organization may specify in particular:
(a) the conduct that the responsible international organization should take in order to cease the wrongful act, if it is continuing;
(b) what form reparation should take in accordance with the provisions of Part Three.
