دیوان بینالمللی دادگستری که به موجب منشور ملل متحد به عنوان رکن مهم قضایی سازمان تاسیس شده طبق مقررات این اساسنامه تشکیل یافته و انجام وظیفه خواهد نمود. این اساسنامه جزی لاینفک منشور ملل متحد است.
THE INTERNATIONAL COURT OF JUSTICE established by the Charter of the United Nations as the principal judicial organ of the United Nations shall be constituted and shall function in accordance with the provisions of the present Statute.
