۱. اعضای دیوان را نمیتوان از شغل خود منفصل نمود مگر در صورتی که سایر اعضا متفقاً رای دهند که دیگر آن عضو واجد شرایط مقرر نیست:
۲. دفتردار دیوان مراتب را رسماً به دبیر کل ملل متحد اطلاع میدهد.
۳. به محض این ابلاغ کرسی عضو منفصل، خالی محسوب میشود.
۱. No member of the Court can be dismissed unless, in the unanimous opinion of the other members, he has ceased to fulfil the required conditions.
۲. Formal notification thereof shall be made to the Secretary-General by the Registrar.
۳. This notification makes the place vacant.
