۱. مقر دیوان مزبور میتواند در صورتی که لازم بداند در جای دیگری مستقر گردد و اجرای وظیفه نماید.
۲. رئیس و دفتردار دیوان بینالمللی در مقر دیوان مقیم خواهند بود.
۱. The seat of the Court shall be established at The Hague. This, however, shall not prevent the Court from sitting and exercising its functions elsewhere whenever the Court considers it desirable.
۲. The President and the Registrar shall reside at the seat of the Court.
