۱. اعضای دیوان مقرری سالیانه دریافت خواهند نمود.
۲. به رئیس دیوان فوقالعاده مخصوص سالیانه پرداخت میشود.
۳. نایب رئیس دیوان برای هر روزی که شغل ریاست را انجام میدهد فوقالعاده مخصوص دریافت خواهد داشت.
۴. قضات غیر از اعضای دیوان که به موجب ماده ۳۱ معین میشوند برای هر روز که انجام وظیفه مینمایند حقالزحمهای دریافت خواهند نمود.
۵. مقرری و فوقالعاده و حقالزحمههای مذکور را مجمع عمومی معین مینماید. میزان آنها را نمیتوان در مدت ماموریت قضات پایین آورد.
۶. مقرری دفتردار را مجمع عمومی بنا به پیشنهاد دیوان تعیین خواهد کرد.
۷. شرایطی را که به موجب آن درباره قضات دیوان بینالمللی دادگستری و دفتردار آن مبلغی به عنوان وظیفه برقرار میگردد و همچنین شرایطی را که طبق آن باید مخارج سفر قضات و دفترداری به آنها مسترد گردد آئیننامهای معین خواهد نمود که به تصویب مجمع عمومی رسیده است.
۸. مقرری و فوقالعاده و حقالزحمهها از هرگونه مالیات معاف است.
۱. Each member of the Court shall receive an annual salary.
۲. The President shall receive a special annual allowance.
۳. The Vice-President shall receive a special allowance for every day on which he acts as President.
۴. The judges chosen under Article ۳۱, other than members of the Court, shall receive compensation for each day on which they exercise their functions.
۵. These salaries, allowances, and compensation shall be fixed by the General Assembly. They may not be decreased during the term of office.
۶. The salary of the Registrar shall be fixed by the General Assembly on the proposal of the Court.
۷. Regulations made by the General Assembly shall fix the conditions under which retirement pensions may be given to members of the Court and to the Registrar, and the conditions under which members of the Court and the Registrar shall have their traveling expenses refunded.
۸. The above salaries, allowances, and compensation shall be free of all taxation.
