۱. وقتی که نمایندگان و مشاورین و وکلای طرفین تمام وسائلی را که مکفی میدانند تحت نظر دیوان به کار بردند رئیس ختم محاکمه را اعلام مینماید.
۲. سپس هیات داوران برای مشورت به اتاق مشاوره می رود.
۳. مشاوره داوران باید محرمانه به عمل آمده و سری بماند.
۱. When, subject to the control of the Court, the agents, counsel, and advocates have completed their presentation of the case, the President shall declare the hearing closed.
۲. The Court shall withdraw to consider the judgment. #The deliberations of the Court shall take place in private and remain secret.
