۳. از همه دولتها میخواهد که از هرگونه عمل تجاوز و دیگر کاربردهای زور مغایر با منشور سازمان ملل متحد و اعلامیه اصول حقوق بینالملل مربوط به روابط دوستانه و همکاری میان دولتها در accordance با منشور سازمان ملل متحد، خودداری کنند؛

Calls upon all States to refrain from all acts of aggression and other uses of force contrary to the Charter of the United Nations and the Declaration on Principles of International Law concerning Friendly Relations and Cooperation among States in accordance with the Charter of the United Nations;
