۱- موسسات تخصصی مختلف که به موجب موافقتنامه بین کشورها تاسیس و بر طبق اساسنامههای خود در زمینههای اقتصادی – اجتماعی – فرهنگی – آموزشی – بهداشتی و سایر رشتههای مرتبط دارای مسئولیتهای وسیع بینالمللی هستند بر طبق مقررات ماده ۶۳ وابسته به سازمان ملل متحدخواهند شد.
۲- موسساتی که اینگونه وابسته به ملل متحد میشوند از این پس به عنوان موسسات تخصصی ذکر خواهند شد.
The various specialized agencies, established by intergovernmental agreement and having wide international responsibilities, as defined in their basic instruments, in economic, social, cultural, educational, health, and related fields, shall be brought into relationship with the United Nations in accordance with the provisions of Article ۶۳.
Such agencies thus brought into relationship with the United Nations are hereinafter referred to as specialized agencies.
