Article - ماده ۱۷۴ - Borrowing power of the Authority
۱. The Authority shall have the power to borrow funds.
۲. The Assembly shall prescribe the limits on the borrowing power of the Authority in the financial regulations adopted pursuant to article ۱۶۰, paragraph ۲(f).
۳. The Council shall exercise the borrowing power of the Authority.
۴. States Parties shall not be liable for the debts of the Authority.
