Article - ماده ۳۱۵ - Signature, ratification of, accession to and authentic texts of amendments
۱. Once adopted, amendments to this Convention shall be open for signature by States Parties for ۱۲ months from the date of adoption, at United Nations Headquarters in New York, unless otherwise provided in the amendment itself.
۲. Articles ۳۰۶, ۳۰۷ and ۳۲۰ apply to all amendments to this Convention.
