Allocation of net income
۱. Subject to paragraph ۳, the Enterprise shall make payments to the Authority under Annex III, article ۱۳, or their equivalent.
۲. The Assembly shall, upon the recommendation of the Governing Board, determine what portion of the net income of the Enterprise shall be retained as reserves of the Enterprise. The remainder shall be transferred to the Authority.
۳. During an initial period required for the Enterprise to become self-supporting, which shall not exceed ۱۰ years from the commencement of commercial production by it, the Assembly shall exempt the Enterprise from the payments referred to in paragraph ۱, and shall leave all of the net income of the Enterprise in its reserves.
