Provisional measures
۱. In accordance with article ۲۹۰, the Tribunal and its Seabed Disputes Chamber shall have the power to prescribe provisional measures.
۲. If the Tribunal is not in session or a sufficient number of members is not available to constitute a quorum, the provisional measures shall be prescribed by the chamber of summary procedure formed under article ۱۵, paragraph ۳, of this Annex. Notwithstanding article ۱۵, paragraph ۴, of this Annex, such provisional measures may be adopted at the request of any party to the dispute. They shall be subject to review and revision by the Tribunal.
