Article - ماده Annex-VI-۳۳
Finality and binding force of decisions
۱. The decision of the Tribunal is final and shall be complied with by all the parties to the dispute.
۲. The decision shall have no binding force except between the parties in respect of that particular dispute.
۳. In the event of dispute as to the meaning or scope of the decision, the Tribunal shall construe it upon the request of any party.
