این فصل به حق دولت یا سازمانی که طبق ماده ۴۹ حق استناد دارد، برای اتخاذ اقدامات قانونی علیه سازمان مسئول بهمنظور توقف نقض و جبران خسارت در منفعت دولت یا سازمان زیاندیده یا ذینفعان تعهد لطمه نمیزند.
This Chapter does not prejudice the right of any State or international organization, entitled under article ۴۹, paragraphs ۱ to ۳, to invoke the responsibility of another international organization, to take lawful measures against that organization to ensure cessation of the breach and reparation in the interest of the injured State or organization or of the beneficiaries of the obligation breached.
