از داور درخواست خواهد شد که همزمان با صدور رأی خود، صورتحسابی از کلیهی هزینهها و مخارجی که در ارتباط با این موضوع متحمل شده است ارائه نماید؛ این مبالغ باید بلافاصله و به سهمهای مساوی توسط دو دولت بازپرداخت شود.
The arbitrator shall be requested to deliver, together with his award, an account of all the costs and expenses which he may have been put to in relation to this matter, which shall forthwith be repaid by the two governments in equal moieties. Article XLII.
