از داور درخواست خواهد شد که پس از ارائه کامل پرونده و توضیحات هر یک از طرفین، رأی خود را در اسرع وقت و به صورت کتبی صادر نماید و یک نسخه از آن را به هر یک از نمایندگان مذکور تحویل دهد.
The arbitrator shall be requested to give his award in writing as early as convenient after the whole case on each side shall have been laid before him, and to deliver one copy thereof to each of the said agents. Article XLIII.
