هر یک از طرفهای متعاهد در هر زمانی آزاد خواهد بود که از هرگونه امتیازی که در جدول مناسب ضمیمه این موافقتنامه مقرر شده است خودداری کند یا به طور کامل یا جزئی از آن صرف نظر کند و در رابطه با آن طرف متعاهد تشخیص دهد که در ابتدا با دولتی که تبدیل به یک طرف متعاهد نشده یا متوقف شده است، مذاکره شده است. طرف متعاهدی که چنین اقدامی را انجام می دهد باید به طرفین متعاهد اطلاع دهد و در صورت درخواست با طرف های متعاهدی که منافع قابل توجهی در محصول مورد نظر دارند مشورت کند.
Any contracting party shall at any time be free to withhold or to withdraw in whole or in part any concession, provided for in the appropriate Schedule annexed to this Agreement, in respect of which such contracting party determines that it was initially negotiated with a government which has not become, or has ceased to be, a contracting party. A contracting party taking such action shall notify the CONTRACTING PARTIES PARTIES and, upon request, consult with contracting parties which have a substantial interest in the product concerned.
