۱- سازمان تجارت جهانی اجرا، مدیریت و عملکرد موافقت‌نامه حاضر و موافقت‌نامه‌های تجاری چند جانبه و پیشبرد هدف‌های آن‌ها را تسهیل و همچنین چارچوب اجرا، مدیریت و عملکرد موافقت‌نامه‌های تجاری میان چند طرف [بدون الزام عضویت همه اعضای گات] را تهیه خواهد کرد.
۲- سازمان تجارت جهانی مجمعی برای مذاکرات میان اعضایش در خصوص روابط تجاری چند جانبه آن‌ها راجع به مسائل مورد بحث در موافقت‌نامه‌های مذکور در ضمائم این موافقت‌نامه به وجود خواهد آورد. سازمان جهانی تجارت همچنین می‌تواند مجمعی برای مذاکرات بیشتر میان اعضایش در خصوص روابط تجاری چند‌جانبه آن‌ها و چارچوبی را برای اجرای نتایج چنین مذاکراتی که ممکن است کنفرانس وزیران درباره آن تصمیم بگیرد، به وجود آورد.
۳- سازمان تجارت جهانی مدیریت تفاهم‌نامه قواعد و رویه‌های حاکم بر حل اختلافات(که از این پس به عنوان "DSU" خوانده می‌شود) مذکور در ضمیمه ۲ موافقت‌نامه حاضر را بر عهده خواهد گرفت.
۴- سازمان تجارت جهانی مدیریت ساز و کار بررسی خط‌مشی تجاری(که از این پس به عنوان"TPRM" خوانده می‌شود) مذکور در ضمیمه ۳ موافقت‌نامه حاضر را برعهده خواهد گرفت.
۵- به منظور دستیابی به انسجام بیشتر در سیاست‌گذاری اقتصادی در سطح جهانی، سازمان تجارت جهانی در صورت اقتضا، با صندوق بین‌المللی پول و بانک بین‌المللی ترمیم و توسعه (بانک جهانی) و موسسات وابسته به آن، همکاری خواهد کرد.
۱.The WTO shall facilitate the implementation, administration and operation, and further the objectives, of this Agreement and of the Multilateral Trade Agreements, and shall also provide the framework for the implementation, administration and operation of the Plurilateral Trade Agreements.
۲.The WTO shall provide the forum for negotiations among its Members concerning their multilateral trade relations in matters dealt with under the agreements in the Annexes to this Agreement. The WTO may also provide a forum for further negotiations among its Members concerning their multilateral trade relations, and a framework for the implementation of the results of such negotiations, as may be decided by the Ministerial Conference.
۳.The WTO shall administer the Understanding on Rules and Procedures Governing the Settlement of Disputes (hereinafter referred to as the "Dispute Settlement Understanding" or "DSU") in Annex ۲ to this Agreement.
۴.The WTO shall administer the Trade Policy Review Mechanism (hereinafter referred to as the "TPRM") provided for in Annex ۳ to this Agreement.
۵.With a view to achieving greater coherence in global economic policy-making, the WTO shall cooperate, as appropriate, with the International Monetary Fund and with the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development and its affiliated agencies.
