سازمان ملل متحد می‌تواند اشخاص را به علت نقض مقررات خود که طبق بخش ۸ تصویب شده یا به علت دیگری، از منطقه مقر اخراج یا ورودشان را منع کند. اشخاصی که این مقررات را نقض کنند، فقط مطابق قوانین یا مقرراتی که مقامات ذی‌صلاح آمریکایی وضع می‌کنند، مشمول مجازات‌های دیگر یا بازداشت خواهند بود.
The United Nations may expel or exclude persons from the headquarters district for violation of its regulations adopted under Section ۸ or for other cause. Persons who violate such regulations shall be subject to other penalties or to detention under arrest only in accordance with the provisions of such laws or regulations as may be adopted by the appropriate American authorities.
